Please read carefully the booking rules below. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract in accordance with current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the research and for all the other subjects mentioned in the same, minors included.
You can submit an availability request, we will manage it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can book online by following the instructions on our website www.agriturismoilcortile.it. We will send you an offer (which will not be binding).
The reservation will be confirmed only after our email with the total price of the stay and after the deposit, to be made within 3 days by our confirmation.
The reservation becomes binding for Agriturismo Il Cortile only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt confirming the confirmation of the credit card details. Send a copy of payment by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will send you a confirmation e-mail. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data on the complaint and to notify us as soon as possible.
Upon arrival you will find an identification document for each person.
To change your booking call us at +39 0173 328137, we will do our best to satisfy your request. In case of moving the reservation to a period with higher rates, you have to pay the difference.
We request the number of a credit card and expiry date.
If we don’ receive the requested data, the reservation is to be considered negative. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation or no presentation.
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer and ever credit card.
The balance of the reservation will be paid upon departure.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer by email to email@example.com indicating the details of your reservation, the telephone number and the email address. You will receive an answer from us.
The agency for the payment of credits before the arrival of the client requesting a pre- authorization to the circuit of belonging. With the pre-authorization we guarantee the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or a part of it, to ensure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 20 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In the case of pre-authorized, this is a canceled request. In this case we will not have any commitment towards the customer.
Prepayment, “Non Refundable”
If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to your credit card or bank transfer. The full amount is not refundable under any circumstances. Different periods of payment may apply in certain periods. Please refer to your reservation reply.
Extension of the living room
It will be possible to extend the stay, subject to availability, and subjects subject to possible rate changes.
Starting from 1 April 2012, come all the municipal administrations of the territory, even the Municipality of Diano d’Alba has adopted the tourist tax aimed at improving tourist services and welcoming the territory. The application of the tourist tax is the responsibility of the City that will collect the proceeds in full. This cost will be € 1.50 per person, per night. It will be debited directly to the account.

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 15 days before the date of arrival we will not charge any costs, except during peak periods (holidays and in the months of September, October and November).
For cancellations or changes after this deadline, the cost of the first night for each room canceled for stays up to 3 nights will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee, while for longer stays, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged booked up.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the non-refundable discounted rate (in this case the amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the reservation and will not be refunded in case of cancellation).
During the holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter and in the months of September, October and November) a deposit will be required equal to the first night of each room booked, non-refundable.
The room can be canceled no later than 15 days before the stay, otherwise the entire amount will be withheld from the credit card left as a guarantee.
The amount of the first night will always be retained.
No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be withheld, or the cost of the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
By making a reservation, the person completing the process is identified as the group’s contact person and confirms that he / she is authorized by the other participants to adhere to the Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy of Il Cortile Agriturismo. The contact person of the group is responsible for the invoice total for all the bookings confirmed by him. Requests after the expiry date must be communicated directly and exclusively by the group leader. Reservations do not include changes. It would be necessary to cancel your booking and make a new one.
To confirm the reservation will require a credit card number and expiry date.
We’ll retained a deposit of 30% or 50% of the total booked services. The deposit is never refundable.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booked services will be requested. The confirmation deposit is never refundable.
In case of “no show” or early departure, a penalty of 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay.
Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
We decline all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, fortuitous failures to the equipment or other causes of force majeure. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and thefts.
